Payment Schedule is: one third non-refundable deposit upon order, one third on the day of the event, and the final third prior to delivery.

Standard and Premium videos should be finished a month after the event, though some added options may increase that time. Premium Plus videos should be finished within two months after the event.

We will consult with you before the event to determine exactly what you are looking for. The videographer at the event will be dressed according to your needs. We always have backup equipment available at the event, and a backup videographer should an emergency come up for the original videographer.
