Unmanned Second Camera

$200 First Hour
$75 Each Additional Hour

We will provide a second unmanned camera for a limited amount of time. You could use this during the ceremony, or at other critical parts of the event. The camera is set up before the event and will be left showing a wide angle shot for the duration. The footage will be edited into the video. Price includes the extra editing required. Does not change the length of the edited video. One camera location is provided, additional camera moves are extra. Discounts when used with more than one Event Day Preparation Option.

Manned Second Camera

$250 First hour

We will provide a manned second camera for a limited amount of time. You could use this during the ceremony, or at other critical parts of the event. The footage will be edited into the video, but does not change the length of the edited video. Price includes the extra editing required. Discounts when used with more than one Event Day Preparation Option.
Photo Montage We will edit together photos of your choosing to music also of your choosing into one video segment. In addition, we can present you with a DVD or VHS copy of this segment on the day of your event so you may show it at the event.

Personal Note By Event Holders

$75 		We give you the opportunity to thank people or include a message in the video up to 10 minutes in length. This adds to the length of the video stated above.
Interviews With Wedding Party OR Close Family

$100 		With this option, we will allow the wedding party or several close family members (of your choice) to talk for up to 20 minutes total individually or in a group. We will then edit this into the video. This adds to the length of the video stated above.
Interviews With Guests

$150 		We will take time out of the event (during the reception if applicable) to allow guests to speak on the video for up to 25 minutes total. We will then edit this into the video. This adds to the length of the video stated above.
Story With Pictures

$125 		This option is similar to the Personal Note option above, but it allows you to tell a story and have pictures to accompany it on the video. In addition, you may choose background music. The standard price includes a 10 minute story with 50 photos. You may also choose to have a DVD or VHS copy available on the day of the event. This adds to the length of the video as stated above.

  • Add a videographer for an hour to shoot the story or you telling the story: $200 first hour, $100 each additional hour.

Planning Coverage

$200 plus $100 per additional visit 		For this option, we will video tape your planning sessions for the events. Each visit will be no longer than 1hr and will yield approximately 20-30 minutes of additional edited footage to be added to the above stated video length.

  • Additional Half Hour / 10-15 edited minutes: $40
Rehersal Attendance
$100 		We will attend the rehersal for the event. No coverage will be done, but it will give us a better idea of how the event will unfold.
Rehersal Taping
$200 		We will attend the rehersal with a camera. Up to two hours of taping is included and it will be edited to approximately 20-30 minutes of additional edited footage.

  • Additional Hour / 10-20 minutes of edited footage: $100
Event Day Preparation Coverage

$200 		We will send a videographer out to follow one person on the day of the event. Included in the price is 2 hours of following and 30 minutes added edited video.

Should you require two or more people to be covered, we charge a second camera fee unless your coverage already includes a second camera. (even an unmanned second camera)

  • Additional Hour Following with 15 Minutes Edited Video (per camera): $100
  • Additional Camera (to follow someone else): $275
  • Additional Camera (with a second camera option above or included in package): $125
Advanced Editing

$150 per edited hour 		With this option, we will use advanced color correcting, and more movie like editing for the final video. This will give your video the absolute best quality possible.
Themed Editing and Coverage

$150 per edited hour 		If you select this option, we will incorporate your event's theme into the creation of the video. If your event doesn't have a particular theme, you are welcome to select one with this option. For instance, we can cover the event in MTV style similar to The Real World, The Osbornes, etc. This includes special titles, transitions, camera work, and a unique editing style appropriate to your theme. This option can make your video much more enjoyable to watch! It does not include advanced color correction.

  • Add Advanced Color Correction: $50 / edited hour
  • Add Animated Titles: $100 / title
